With vast knowledge, experience and passion gained from nearly 20 years in the golf course construction industry, Spencer brought his own vision into reality when he founded FlightLine Golf Inc. in the spring of 2002.

His drive to exceed every client’s expectation and eye for exacting detail make Spencer an invaluable partner and resource for any project.

Spencer’s responsibilities as President involve overseeing every aspect within the company such as sales, marketing, project monitoring and management which includes ensuring FlightLine Golf Inc.’s high standards are continually achieved.

Spencer’s enthusiasm for the turf industry continues during the winter months as a sessional Instructor for the University of Guelph in the Department of Plant Agriculture. Spencer’s reputation and skills, as an industry professional have also led him to be an Instructor for Canada’s most highly valued Turf Management Short Course at the Guelph Turf Grass Institute. He has taught both courses since 2005 and enjoys all the rewards teaching has to offer.
